Mrs. Ruth Carberry - 8th Grade
Mrs. Carberry has been teaching students at Sacred Heart School since 1976. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Duquesne University, as well as a Master degree in Education from William Paterson University. Mrs. Carberry teaches Social Studies to the 5th thru 8th grade students, making connections between the past and the present. Mrs. Carberry constantly tries innovative methods to motivate and help the students understand the lesson. She keeps busy by teaching remedial reading on a part-time basis at Passaic County Community College, as well as, working at a retirement home.
