6th Annual Golf Classic to be held on Monday, May 17, 2010 at the Picatinny Arsenal.
Dear SHS friend and Supporter,
Sacred Heart School’s Home and School Association is excited to present this year’s 6thAnnual Golf Classic to be held on Monday, May 17, 2010 at the Picatinny Arsenal located in New Jersey. This event has become a major fundraiser that the school relies upon. We need your help in making this a successful fundraiser once again. Through past generosity we raised over $12,000 that went right back into our school and helped us continue to provide our children with a quality education. We request your support in the form of a donation, sponsorship or both for this terrific event.
How you can help us:
Be an event sponsor:
o 18 holes of golf – $8,400
o Lunch for the Golfer- $1,400.00
o Dinner at the Admirals Club- $4,200.00
v Purchase a foursome and enjoy a day of golf with your friends, family and or co-workers
v Be a Hole Sponsor and advertise your company:
o Platinum Level- $500.00
o Gold Level- $300.00
o Silver Level- $200.00
o Bronze Level- $100.00
v Sponsor the following venues:
o Beverage Cart $1000.00
o Cocktail Hour – $500.00
v Provide Giveaways to promote your business, i.e., water bottles, bags, tees,
golf balls, chap sticks, sunscreen, pens, coupons, etc., (anything that you donate will be used.)
Last year we sold out, and even had a waiting list. Over 130 golfers joined in the fun and games. There will also be a slide show that will acknowledge your generous donations during dinner that evening at The Admiral’s Club as well as photos from the day’s event.
